There are a very small percentage of members who have this challenge with sharing the memes. It seems to be an issue with extensions or background programs running on their browser that are blocking java scripts or popups.
If you've upgraded your browser to the latest version, and the problem is still persisting we suggest trying one or more of the following.
The first option is to use a different browser for our site and see if it functions appropriately. This has been the most common fix.
A second option is to go through and disable your extensions one at a time until you can narrow down which one is causing the problem, and then either leave that one off, or set it to allow popups on our site. If this doesn't work, it may also be a background program running which you may have to take more thorough actions to disable or remove.
