The main reason members have trouble logging into their accounts is because of forgetting, or mistyping their credentials into the username and password fields. Both must not have a space added before or after them in the field, (avoid copying and pasting) and the password must be typed with the appropriate capital letters and punctuation marks (if any).
To reset your password, go to your login page and select "Forgot Password," then follow the instructions.
